- Prepare of real mayo.
- Get of white wine vinnegar.
- Take of freshly grate Parmesan or pecorino romano.
- Provide of large garlic cloves pressed.
- You need of packed baby spinach stemmed and fine chopped.
- Provide of small jars of roasted red bell fine chopped.
- Prepare of smoked mozzarella or just pearls since smoked is hard to find.

- Start by salting your boiling water and cook the pasta
